Boost Archery Course (Booking Req’d)

This course is free for paid-up members of the club and Archery GB.

There will be three sessions, with a gap of three weeks between each to give archers time to practice and implement changes. Archers who wish to take part must book themselves in for the sessions at least a week in advance, but there’s no need to attend all three sessions, as coaching will be individually planned for each archer, and will receive a coaching journal/logbook to record objectives and training and practice.
